SPVNN Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or limited drops, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders over $100 Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Calculated at checkout on orders under $100

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages SPVNN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at jayspann82@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SPVNN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
